Eligibility Criteria
Soldier (General Duty): You need to have completed Class 10 with at least 45% overall and at least 33% in every subject. If your school uses grades, you should have a D Grade (33-40) in each subject or a grade that equals to at least 33% in all subjects, with a total average of C2 grade or something similar, which is equal to 45% overall.
Soldier (Clerk): You need to complete 10+2/Intermediate in any field (Arts, Commerce, Science) with a minimum of 60% overall and at least 50% in each subject. It is essential to score at least 50% in both English and Maths/Accounts/Bookkeeping in Class 12.
Soldier Tradesmen (All Trades except House Keeper & Mess Cook): You need to have passed Class 10 with no minimum average percentage needed, but you must get at least 33% in every subject.
Soldier Tradesmen (House Keeper & Mess Cook): You need to have finished Class 8, without any minimum average percentage required, but you must score at least 33% in each subject.
